The Ballito Nia community is hosting an open session to celebrate the joy and expression of dance. The class is ideal for anyone and everyone, new to Nia or not, grab a friend and show up!
The Philosophy of Nia
Nia creatively integrates the mindfulness of the martial arts and meditative techniques, the grace and fluidity of the dance techniques, and the awareness and alignment of integrative body therapies. Balancing technical precision with free-form expression, Nia brings the body, mind emotions and spirit to optimum health through music, movement and self-expression, guided by the sensation of pleasure.
